E-GENDA

Committee Management facilitating the creation, publication and retrieval of Agendas and Minutes, Forward Plan and Decisions. Designed in partnership with local authority customers, E-GENDA is very easy to use. It adds speed and transparency to modern democracy, yet ensures data integrity, audit trails and progress of issues. Modules include Scrutiny, Actions, Alerting, Members information, Print packs and Room Bookings.

AKS works with each council client to customise E-GENDA to support particular working practices then helps implement and spread its use.
